The NewFloridaBiz.com Story

NewFloridaBiz.com was founded by Florida Attorney Jonathon W. Baker, Esq. to provide affordable, reliable business formation and related services to entrepreneurs in Florida. Starting a new business can be a daunting endeavor, and the first step is forming your company so you can sign your lease, open your business bank account, start hiring employees and more, all in the name of the business entity.

For the most part, new business owners do not need highly sophisticated company formation documents involving rights and responsbilities for tens or hundreds of investors, directors, owners, and officers of their company. They need a simple, efficient way to properly organize their business, while remaining compliant with state filing and renewal requirements, so they can focus on marketing, stocking inventory and the myriad other responsibilities involved with starting a business. We specialize in assisting small Florida businesses get started quickly and correctly, and we hope you give us the opportunity to help you get your new business off the ground.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us and we will address your inquiry as soon as possible.

Sincerely,

Jonathon W. Baker
